Sending good vibes to Hero. I have a huge soft spot for big German Shepards. My grandmother had one named Rocky who I adored and who stayed with until the ripe old age of 18.

Laritza

Hero should be going into surgery by now. I pray everything goes well.

Sara

Just said a little prayer for Hero and you - I know you must be a wreck with this happening to your best friend! You both are in my thoughts and I am praying for a wonderful outcome...

Ruth

Great news, here's keeping my fingers crossed for you both.

Heather

saying lots of prayers today...

Chris

I suspect Hero is in surgery right now as I write this, which means you are seriously uncomfortable. I'm right there beside you in spirit, offering hugs as needed.

Manise

Happy thoughts for a positive outcome for Hero.

PumpkinMama

I'm thinking of you and Hero - hope all goes well.

I looked up his condition, and found, that except for self mutilaton, Biko has all the symptoms. We'll see what they say after her MRI etc. next week. I wish you and Hero all the best, and a positiv outcome. I will be thinking of him all day.

sending you wonderfully good thoughts that Hero will be healed by his surgery.
we should all have such an amazing animal as this in our lives - they are worth every moment and every dollar that we invest in them (just my opinion)

Michelle

I hadn't seen the posts on Hero before nominating you tonight for a "You Make My Day Award" (come check my blog when you have a chance to). I hope my doing so lifts your spirits a bit, and I will keep Hero in my prayers. Having lost my Rosie in October, I know how desperately you want to keep Hero around for awhile longer!

Cathy

I heard about you both from Lisa of Knitnzu and I hope and wish and pray that all goes the absolute best for Hero, who sounds as though his name suits him so very well. Take care.

A series of barn photos I've taken or been sent. Barns are magical to me - they have so much character, and provide so much for the animals and farmers.
