Yes - I spun pill-bottle cotton and loved it! I have found that there is a great variation between different types - some is very short staple and quite challenging, but you can get a very nice, soft thread from it. I don't know what I'll do with what I've spun so far. Perhaps in the future I'll save up more, card it all together at get something more uniform to actually knit with. For now, it's just been fun to experiment with something so different from my usual wool.
